Welcome to the Blu’ Flame Cigar Society of the Treasure Coast (BFCSTTC). By becoming a member, attending events, or engaging with our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Members must be 21 years of age or older.
• Membership is non-transferable and subject to annual renewal.
• BFCSTTC reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at its discretion.

• Members are expected to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and courtesy at all society events.
• No illegal substances, harassment, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
• Members must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding tobacco and alcohol consumption.

• Event participation may require advance registration or additional fees depending on membership tier.
• Benefits (such as discounts, exclusive access, or VIP perks) are available only to the member listed on the membership account.
• BFCSTTC reserves the right to modify or cancel events, benefits, or partnerships without prior notice.

• All sales of cigars, accessories, and branded merchandise are final unless defective.
• Members must comply with applicable tobacco laws regarding purchasing and resale.

• By participating in BFCSTTC events, members acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with cigar smoking, alcohol consumption, and social gatherings.
• BFCSTTC is not liable for injury, illness, property damage, or loss incurred during events.

• Member information will be used solely for BFCSTTC communications, benefits, and event notifications.
• Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

• Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
• Members who damage BFCSTTC’s reputation or disrupt its mission may be removed at the discretion of leadership.

• BFCSTTC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or website updates.
